Robin Humphreys,
President

Robin joined Whatley Weston & Fox in November 2010 having been a Partner with Thursfields and before then, Weightmans and Edge & Ellison in Birmingham. Prior to that, Robin worked for a leading firm of Solicitors in London and Hong Kong. Robin plays cricket for the Worcester Lawyers cricket team.

Nicholas Turner,
Secretary

Nicholas qualified in 1989 and is a Partner in the firm of Russell & Co Malvern. Nicholas specialises in Family, Divorce and Civil actions against the Police. Nicholas is a member of the Family Law Panel.

James Sommerville,
Treasurer

James qualified in 1978 and is an experienced civil litigation and employment lawyer. He has been involved with the Worcestershire Law Society since 1994 at committee level and was Secretary from 1996 to 2003.

Robin ap Cynan

Robin ap Cynan qualified as a Solicitor in 1983 (but is now non-practising), and as a mediator in 1990. He is an accredited family mediator with the Family Mediators Association (FMA) and Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association-­ SFLA). He is both a family and civil/commercial mediator and on the mediation training faculty with ADR Group. He is a Member of the Council of the Law Society of England and Wales, and former Chief Assessor to the Society's Family Mediation Panel. Also a trained Collaborative Family Lawyer, he chaired FMA in the 1990s.

Judy Bonegal,
Thursfields

Judy specialises in Probate work including the Administration of Estates, drafting of Wills, Care of the Elderly and Powers of Attorney. She also deals with property law matters.

Kirsten Bridgewater,
MFG

A civil litigation associate, based at our Worcester Office, Kirsten Bridgewater joined mfg solicitors in 2007. Kirsten represents parties in a wide spectrum of legal disputes with particular expertise in property litigation together with a niche practice in rural disputes. Happily advising agricultural, commercial and private clients alike, Kirsten has extensive experience in dispute resolution whether by ADR, Court or Tribunal actions.

Emma Childs,
Harrison Clark

Emma joined Harrison Clark as an Associate Solicitor in January 2008 and is now a Partner. Emma previously worked at Shoosmiths in Northampton and has wide experience in all aspects of residential property and deals with all freehold and leasehold transactions, equity release schemes, remortgages, transfers of equity and probate related transactions.

Stacey Redman,
Stallard, March & Edwards

Stacey joined March & Edwards as a Trainee Solicitor in 2005. Upon qualification in October 2007 Stacey remained with the firm to join Guy Salter and Brian O’Connell in the Litigation Department. She specialises in contractual disputes, boundary disputes and employment law.

Bally Sandhu,
Russell & Co

Bally qualified in 2006 and is a partner in the firm. Bally specialises in Family Law dealing with a wide range of family and relationship issues.
